About Healy
Healy is a mobile app for breakup recovery, self-growth, and emotional wellbeing. It includes AI-guided support, journaling, daily healing tasks, audio support, progress tracking, notifications, and a dating feature that may unlock after Day 30 of your healing plan.
Healy is not medical therapy, clinical treatment, crisis support, or emergency support. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact emergency services in your country. In the UK, call 999 in an emergency or contact NHS 111 for urgent health support.
Account deletion
You can delete your Healy account in the app (Settings → Delete Account) where available, or by emailing support@healyapp.io.
Deleting your account removes your profile, healing progress, dating profile, messages, and app data from active systems, subject to limited legal, safety, fraud, payment, dispute, or backup exceptions described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions & Apple payments
Healy subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store via Apple in-app purchase. Healy uses RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements.
- Payment is charged by Apple; Apple's terms apply.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings on your device.
- Deleting your Healy account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.
- Refunds for Apple purchases are generally handled by Apple.

Data & privacy
Healy collects account information, onboarding answers, AI chat input, dating profile information, photos you upload, purchase information, push notification tokens, and app usage data. Data is processed using services such as Supabase, Firebase, RevenueCat, and AI providers (OpenAI / Anthropic Claude).
